Convenient Location 📍 and Room Upgrade

This place was super close to the restaurant and the city center. They gave us a double room as soon as we arrived.

All the staff was lovely and supportive, resolved my issues. The location was favourable and the free parking was onsite. Dined at Senso, it was just a pleasant stroll away from the venue...

Spacious, new rooms with private bathrooms and extras like an electric kettle and a refrigerator. The hotel is right next to the restaurant, making it super convenient. Also, there are loads of food choices nearby, so you'll never go hungry here! 🍔

The location was great, just a short walk to restaurants and attractions; the staff was friendly and courteous, and the breakfast had a wide variety of appetizing food.

The hotel's interior and cleanliness are noteworthy and the rooms have good lighting. The rooms are comfortable, but some are too small to move around, and the bathrooms have issues like poor drainage, and dirty shower curtains. Regardless, the staff is prompt and responsive, but their manners have been questionable.

The hotel's staff lacks courtesy, kindness, and professionalism, which is disappointing, as guests should be made to feel welcomed and comfortable.

Room service was impeccable and the hotel's location was in close proximity to key attractions. The comfy beds and fresh linens were a delight to come back to at the end of a long day. The hotel even offered a complimentary breakfast every morning which was a great touch.

The cleanliness of the hotel was average at best, and the front desk staff could've been friendlier. The pictures online did not accurately depict the space provided, and the rooms were smaller than expected.
